·         CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FEE. All card transactions are processed through Paypal and will be charged a fee of 3% of the total holiday cost, including the refundable damage deposit.

·         #Christmas and New Year weeks in 2010 commence and end Monday.

·         One well-behaved dog is welcome at £20 per week or £10 per short break. More dogs may be accommodated by arrangement. Except by prior arrangement dogs should not be left alone in the property to prevent any noise disturbance to neighbours. Owners must clean up after their dogs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children. Dogs are not allowed on furniture.

·         **Permits are offered from Good Friday to end of October whilst there are time restrictions imposed on curbside parking in the Lynmouth area. If more than the free allocation of car parking permits is required, an additional permit may be purchased by arrangement at £16 per week or part thereof. A parking permit entitles the holder to use any long stay car park in the area, with no time limit, free of charge. Between November and Easter there is unrestricted parking in Lynmouth and Lynton.

·         Highchair and Travel Cot are available free of charge  – please order at time of booking.

·         Towels can be made available at £7 per bale – please book in advance.

·         Wireless Broadband available for £10 per week.

·         Sorry we do not accept short breaks for this property except on a last minute basis or during November, December & January.
