Important Information

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FEE. All card transactions are processed through Paypal and will be charged a fee of 4% of the total holiday cost, including the refundable damage deposit.

·         Christmas and New Year weeks in 2011 commence and end on Wednesday. Christmas and New Year weeks in 2012 commence and end on Friday.

·        Damages deposit is £150.  This is fully refundable unless there is additional cleaning, excessive electricity or gas useage or damage to the property. Please see booking form for full conditions.

·        Permits are offered from Good Friday to end of October whilst there are time restrictions imposed on curbside parking in the Lynmouth area. If more than the free allocation of car parking permits is required, an additional permit may be purchased by arrangement at £20 per week or part thereof. A parking permit entitles the holder to use any long stay car park in the area, with no time limit, free of charge. Between November and Easter there is unrestricted parking in Lynmouth and Lynton.

·         Highchair and Travel Cot are available free of charge  – please order at time of booking.

·         Towels can be made available at £7 per bale – please book in advance.

·         Wireless Broadband available for £10 per week but is limited to useage of 3GB per week.  If you exceed this useage then you will be charged £1.00 for every GB over your allocation.

·         Sorry we do not accept short breaks for this property except on a last minute basis or during November, December & January.
