If you like Harbour Point and you are looking for a place to stay in the Cotswolds then we have a modern, bright and airy two bedroom bungalow set in the grounds of a large country house with far reaching views over the county.  We cater for families, couples, walkers and dog lovers - although everyone is welcome! The historic town of Tewkesbury is less than 10 minutes away, and the elegant town of Cheltenham, with its racecourse and spa waters is less than 20 minutes away.  Stratford, The Cotswold villages, Oxford, Bath and Bristol are all easily reached as well.  With both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities Thornbury will be a favourite with both old and young for many years to come.  We have an indoor swimming pool and outdoor tennis court for those who are feeling energetic!  We also have an Ipod dock with speakers, a Playstation 2 with a selection of games, a range of board games, a DVD player and selection of DVD's and books which you will be able to borrow free of charge during your stay. For families with infants or toddlers we have a cot, highchair, sterilizer, pushchair, child carrier and baby bath all available to borrow free of charge during your stay.  Our twin bedroom has black out blinds and heavy lined curtains, so you will not have any problems with your little ones waking up because it is light!  We may also be able to arrange a local babysitter if you fancy a quiet night out at the local pub. Pets are welcome at Thornbury but we do ask that you clean up after them and keep them on a lead while in our garden.  There are lots of excellent walks in and around our village, just ask if you would like to borrow our guide books. When you arrive you find a welcome pack with bread, milk, biscuits, preserves, tea, coffee, orange juice and a few treats for your four legged friend!
